Meet Meagan Fussell, M.D.
Dr. Meagan is a co-owner and director of the non-invasive injectable side of Peachstate Aesthetics. Her primary area of focus will be non-invasive injectables like Jeauveau® injections and dermal fillers. During a consultation with Dr. Meagan, she will listen closely to patients’ concerns and use the necessary treatments in order to reach their individual goals. Her ideal patient relationship is one that is built on trust, friendship, and shared decision-making. When it comes to injectable treatments, what sets Dr. Meagan apart is her aesthetic balance and time spent with patients. She starts off slow with lower dosages than perhaps are customary to ensure that customers leave seeing a noticeable difference without feeling like they cannot recognize themself. As she builds a relationship with her client, she will adjust each treatment accordingly.

Background
Dr. Meagan grew up in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, where she excelled in her classes for science and biology, which greatly influenced her desire to pursue medicine. For her, medicine was the perfect blend of science and humanity. Growing up, she was always helping people in one way or another. One of her first jobs was working as a lifeguard in high school at a local pool. Unfortunately, Dr. Meagan didn’t protect her skin for many of those long hours working in the sun. Once she reached her 30’s, she started to notice sunspots, fine lines, and other sun-related skin damage to the skin. It lowered her self-confidence dramatically. She decided to do something about her skin, tried some cosmetic procedures, and experienced first-hand how powerful it can be to a person’s self-confidence to change their skin tone, texture, and appearance. From her experience, she decided that she wanted to do the same thing for others that her procedures did for her and go into aesthetics.
Personal Life
After growing up in Pennsylvania, Dr. Meagan wanted to move to the south for the warmer weather and the famous Southern hospitality. When Dr. Meagan isn’t enjoying time with her husband, her mom, or her grandmother, she is doting on her two dogs Prissy and Elvis or out in the town with her girlfriends. Along with starting up their physician-driven, concierge aesthetic practice, Dr. Meagan and her husband are also working on starting a family of their own.
As a hardworking business entrepreneur, Dr. Meagan understands the pressures and demands of living an exciting but busy life. Her personal goal with Peachstate Aesthetics is to help make life easier for the business and everyday women who must constantly balance the demands of work and family. Working in aesthetic medicine, she noticed that most practices were generally located in high-volume metropolitan markets. Dr. Meagan wants to serve patients in rural areas who would otherwise have to drive for hours to get the treatments they want. Our goal at Peachstate Aesthetics is to make high-quality aesthetic therapies more convenient and accessible.

Meet Corey Fussell, M.D.
Dr. Corey is one of the co-owners and physicians at Peachstate Aesthetics. He specializes in Jeuveau® treatments as well as the special equipment side of the practice, which includes IPL & laser treatments, PRP microneedling, and more.

Background
Driven by a love for science and technology, Dr. Corey developed a passion for medicine at a young age. He also developed a passion for nurturing the human body and spirit from watching his mother as a social worker and his grandmother as a caretaker during his youth. For three years, His medical profession was as a family physician and a hospice medical director. Dr. Corey found the work meaningful and rewarding but eventually decided to shift his area of focus to aesthetics. The smiles and excitement of patients after having an aesthetic service ultimately ushered him into the world of aesthetic medicine.
Personal Life
Dr. Corey was born and raised in Georgia and has lived there most of his life. He is happily married to the co-owner of Peachstate Aesthetics, Dr. Meagan Fussell, who will be heading the non-invasive injectable portion of their aesthetic team. When they’re not practicing aesthetic medicine, Dr. Corey and Dr. Meagan can often be seen enjoying the warm weather and inviting southern culture with their two dogs, Elvis and Prissy.
Dr. Corey also serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, where he practiced family medicine.
Along with being a skilled family physician, Dr. Corey is also working on another one of his personal goals: gaining his pilot’s license. With over 100 hours of flight time under his belt, he is well on his way to earning his wings.
